Wellness is a state of optimal well-being that is oriented toward maximizing an individual’s potential. This is a life-long process of moving towards enhancing your eight dimensions of wellness: physical, mental, environmental, financial, spiritual, vocational, emotional, and social wellness.  

Through purposeful collaborations with wellness partners on campus, the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign provides resources, information, and programming for a diverse community population with unique needs.
